Trained and certified by AIB (American Institute for Baking), Susan brings 20 years of food industry experience to the Dumpling Masters team. As an R&D and product formulation consultant, she helped launch many new products as well as reformulate existing products to meet new industry trends and requirements, such as: low carb, non-trans-fat, organic, and allergen (gluten, eggs, milk) free – while maintaining product consistency and taste. Capitalizing on her creativity and her passion for culinary arts, Susan has been the driving force behind Dumpling Masters’ products. She is responsible for the research, formulation, development and launch of our products, which extends to production oversight for adherence of quality standards as well as improving production efficiency and increasing the profitability of our existing products.
An award-winning baker who has been honored for his high-quality cheesecakes, breads, quiches, cakes and other desserts and baked goods. Having been in the industry since his teenage years, working with his father in their family bakery, Steven has been instrumental in bringing Dumpling Masters from an idea to reality. Utilizing his 35 years of industry knowledge, which includes ownership of four retail bakeries as well as a line of reduced fat, sugar free, and gluten free frozen baked goods alternatives, Steven is responsible for the development and execution of Dumpling Masters’ business strategies, which includes exploring new product lines and markets, broker management and sales growth, and product distribution logistics.
