Susan Hougui is an AIB-certified R&D expert with 20+ years of experience developing allergen-friendly, organic, and low-carb products. She leads product innovation at Dumpling Masters with a focus on quality, scalability, and bold flavor.
Steven Leyva is an award-winning baker and food industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. He founded North Jersey’s top bakeries and created GeeFree — the world’s only gluten-free puff pastry line.
